*The cashback discount system ON is discontinued on March 1st. The accumulated discounts can be used within the validity period specified in the app and after March 1st.*
ON level is determined automatically on the first day of each month, by adding up the amounts you’ve actually paid for the services during the previous 3 months using “pay as you go” and trip package pricing, when services are paid for by payment card and/or funds in an electronic wallet.
There are three ON levels :
ON1 – a 3% cashback is given for every trip – after spending 0 EUR – 210,99 EUR in the last three months;
ON2 – a 5% cashback is given for every trip – after spending 211 EUR – 450,99 EUR in the last three months;
ON3 – a 7% cashback is given for every trip – after spending 451 EUR or more in the last three months.
The level does not change during the current month – it recalculates on the first day of each calendar month. For example, in December, you are in the ON1 level, and you are entitled to a 3% discount, but, in the last three months, including December, you had spent 250 EUR on CityBee mobility services, so on the 1st of January, you will be assigned to the ON2 level, and during January you will get a 5% discount.
Amounts paid for CityBee services are not included in the calculation of the discount, if they are paid using gift vouchers, APVA funds, CityBee prepaid service plans, except for trip packages.
During promotions organized by the company, different amounts of discounts are applied. Promotions are published on the website and/or mobile app.
The driver may ask fellow passengers to cover part of the travel expenses. Reimbursement of travel expenses is based on an agreement between the driver and fellow passengers.
