By registering in the CityBee application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy. If you had not done that, you would not be able to use CityBee services.

We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.
By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the “pay as you go” option.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!
Please note that custom packages can be selected only before the start of the reservation, during an ongoing reservation you will be able to select only regular pre-paid packages or PAYG tariff.

You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:
submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;
submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.
When using CityBee, you do not need to pay for the fuel – you will pay only for the time used and for kilometers driven.
When the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity, go to any Circle-K gas station in Lithuania and fuel the bee. Fill a full fuel tank and pay with the gas stations’ card which you will find in the CityBee car at the sun visor on the top of the driver’s side.
You will find the payment card PIN code in the CityBee app after opening your active reservation. You will find stickers indicating the type of fuel for a car on the sun visor and the fuel tank cover (both inside and outside).
When reserving a car, you have two options:
1. 15-minute free reservation – choose a car, click on “Reserve” and you will get a 15-minute free reservation for your access to the car and its unlocking. If you do not unlock your car within 15 minutes, your reservation will be discontinued.
2. Extended reservation – a car can be reserved for more than 15 minutes.
In such a case, when 15 minutes free of charge expire, paid reservation time will be calculated. A minute per paid reservation costs as much as a minute per using a chosen car. The maximum duration of this reservation is 24 hours.
If you do not unlock a car by selecting “Unlock” in the app, the reservation will discontinue but you will have to pay for it. You can cancel a paid reservation. In this case, you will pay only for the used paid reservation time.
When you reach a car, click “Unlock” in the app. The car will unlock, and the keys will be inside the car.
If when trying to unlock a CityBee car (by clicking “Unlock” in the app), it does not open, please contact us by telephone, and the 24-hour beehive assistance center will help you.
