If you also want to use the car sharing service, you must confirm the validity of your driver’s license.
You can do this in minutes by following the instructions in the mobile CityBee app! In the app, choose to add driver’s license.
First, the app will ask you to take a photo of the front side of your driver’s license. In the next step, take a selfie. The last step is to take a photo of yourself with your driver’s license in your hand.
Make sure the document is valid, intact and suitable for using. The document must be removed from a case or sheath. When taking a driver’s license, the document number, personal identification number and personal photo must be clearly visible, so make sure the lighting is good and the photos are bright.
Attention! We only accept photocard driver’s licences.
Stickers indicating the type of fuel suitable for the car can be found on the sun visor and on the fuel tank cap (inside and outside).
You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:
submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;
submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.
As of 14 March 2024, we are changing the boundaries of certain CityBee parking zones in Vilnius city and district municipalities. These updates aim to offer customers more vehicles where they need them most. Please note that from that date onwards, you will no longer be able to end your trip with a CityBee car in the following locations:

If the car is parked in a private paid parking lot (for example., Citypark, Europark, minus these exceptions), the driver pays the parking fee independently.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so in your conversation with the driver by clicking “Cancel reservation” next to the confirmed reservation.
The app provides the opportunity to communicate personally with passengers or the driver:
If you are a driver – in the „Chats“ section you will be able to see all the passengers whose reservations you have already confirmed, and in this way you will be able to contact them directly;
If you are a passenger – in the „Chats“ section you will be able to see the driver who accepted your request and you will be able contact the driver.
The possibility of chatting for passengers occurs not only after submitting a reservation request, but also before it is submitted – in this way, the passenger can contact the driver and get any additional information about the trip.
CityBee wallet is a virtual payment method which can be used to pay for CityBee services. You can find it in the Menu bar under “Payments” section.
You can top up CityBee wallet using your bank card. The wallet can be topped up unlimited times.
Your reservation will automatically be paid using CityBee wallet. If the wallet balance is insufficient, the money will be charged from the bank card that is linked to your account.
Individuals cannot add funds to the CityBee wallet with a payment card, linked in a business profile.
CityBee wallets are separate between countries. This means that if you topped up your wallet in Lithuania – the wallet balance can be used only for reservations made in Lithuania.
